What does it consist of?

1. Who can participate?

All active employees of Grupo Elecnor are eligible to participate.

2. Campaign period

The period for uploading photographs and entering the draw will begin on 5 June 2026 and will be active throughout the month of June.

3. How to participate? (3-click dynamics)

Participation takes place interactively from any computer or mobile phone:

1. Access: Visit the web platform.
2. Upload Photo: Choose one of the three campaign categories and upload a real photo showing your sustainable gesture.
3. Discover your Impact: You will see how your photo becomes a pixel that fills the great Elecnor Digital Mosaic with colour. You can zoom in to see your own gestures and those of your colleagues from around the world.

4. Participation categories

For a photo to be valid, it must reflect a real action linked to one of these three areas:

• #OnSite: Gestures such as recycling materials on projects, optimising resources, efficiently switching off machinery, or protecting the local environment.
• #InTheOffice: Actions such as "zero paper" (digitalisation), use of reusable bottles or mugs, or switching off screens and lights at the end of the working day.
• #InMyDailyLife: Personal initiatives such as cycling to work, using public transport or car-sharing, domestic recycling, or saving water.

5. Prizes, Validation and Draw

By participating and uploading your "Climate Signals", you automatically enter the draw for a total of €1,500 in prizes. The distribution is as follows:

• A total of 30 prizes of €50 each will be drawn.
• Prizes will be distributed equally across categories: 10 prizes of €50 for each of the three themes (#OnSite, #InTheOffice, #InMyDailyLife).
• Validity filter and inclusion in the draw: All received images will be reviewed. Photos that do not comply with these rules will be removed; only validated photos that form part of the final mosaic will be entered into the draw.
• Each valid photograph included in the mosaic will count as one entry for the draw in its respective category.
• The draw will be held randomly once the campaign period has ended, among all valid entries.

6. Image requirements and privacy

• Originality: Photos must be your own and reflect real situations. Generic images downloaded from the internet are not accepted.
• Safe and Private Environment: As an internal campaign, the web platform is a strictly private environment for Grupo Elecnor employees. Images will only be used for creating the mosaic and in the company's environmental awareness communications.
• Right of Moderation: Grupo Elecnor reserves the right to remove any photograph that is inappropriate, offensive, or does not comply with the organisation's respectful tone and corporate culture.
